• Internal stainless steel tube with welded drains and two separate copper serpentines (technology that guarantes perfect ice melting during defrosts)
• The display surface allows you to display your ice cream above the edge of the container (high ice cream) thanks to the special form of the tube, with ample air outlets (three deflectors of which one adjustable) and ample return surfaces.
• The display case is equipped with a double air outlet (central outlet).
• Upon request the display case can be equipped with automatic ventilation control.
