- Ventilated display case with refrigerated surface and shelves. In this configuration, the refrigetation of the display surface and shelves is guaranteed. The airflow is eletronically controlled. The system has a more powerful evaporator to guarantee the right relative humidity.
- In the static configuration module, the surface is refrigerated by air convection without forced ventilation.
- The neutral modules con be used for bread or dry patries and an optional heated surface is available.
- Praline modules. Suitable for the preservation of chocolate with a controlled temperature of +12 to +15 °C and humidity of 50%-70%.
